• If a ticket is sold or used in breach of this condition, the ticket may be canceled without a refund and the bearer of the ticket may be refused entry.

• Lavo Singapore reserves the right to refuse entry without a refund.
• Lavo Singapore reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission/evict any person(s) whose:
• Conduct is disorderly or inappropriate or who poses a threat to security, or to the enjoyment of the event by others.
• Ticket holders are advised to arrive by 12pm the day the event.
• Entry and re-entry are not guaranteed once the venue reaches its capacity, based on "in-and-out" counts only.
• Ticket holders assume all risk of injury and all responsibility for property loss, destruction or theft and release LAVO Singapore, their employees, and any performers from any liability whatsoever.
• No professional photography/videography is allowed.
• Please note that photography, filming and/or recording will be conducted by LAVO Italian Restaurant & Rooftop Bar, Marina Bay Sands or their representatives. We may use such photographs, videos or recordings taken for promotional, marketing or advertising purposes, including publishing such photographs, videos or recordings on publicly available websites and social media.
• By entering the venue, you consent to being photographed, filmed and/or otherwise recorded and for LAVO Italian Restaurant & Rooftop Bar, Marina Bay Sands or their representatives to use your image and likeness for the purposes stated herein without any remuneration to you.
• If you do not agree to the foregoing, please do not enter LAVO Italian Restaurant & Rooftop Bar. Alternatively, please remove yourself from any group or candid shots or recordings that LAVO Italian Restaurant & Rooftop Bar or Marina Bay Sands’ photographers or videographers intend to capture.

Sands LifeStyle:

1. Terms. The terms and conditions hereunder (“General T&Cs”) and any other applicable specific terms and conditions relevant to this Promotion, including the Sands LifeStyle Terms and Conditions (“Other T&Cs”), together with any amendments as may be made from time to time, shall form a legal agreement between Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. (“MBS”) and you. By participating in this Promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the General T&Cs and Other T&Cs (collectively, the “Rules”). In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these General T&Cs and the Other T&Cs, the General T&Cs will prevail followed by the Other T&Cs.

1. Promotion. Sands LifeStyle (“SL”) members get to purchase tickets to the LAVO Party Brunch at a special rate of $138 nett instead of the usual price of $168 nett. The LAVO Party Brunch will take place daily from 27 March 2025 to 4 May 2025. Each SL member is limited to 4 tickets per member per transaction. SL members can purchase the tickets via dedicated link:https://marquee.bigtix.io/booking/saleslink/SLLV25X5X4. SL rewards dollars earnings/redemption does not apply to this Promotion. All ticket purchases for the LAVO Party Brunch must be completed prior to 12:00pm on the day of the event. Any ticket purchase attempts made after 12:00pm will not be processed, and tickets will not be issued. The LAVO Party Brunch will commence promptly at 12:00pm.

1. Promotion Period.

This Promotion will only be applicable from 27 March 2025 to 4 May 2025 (“Promotion Period”) or until tickets are sold out. This Promotion will expire when the tickets are sold out or at the end of the Promotion Period, whichever is earlier, and at which time, no further participation in this Promotion will be permitted.

2. All SL members who are in good standing and meet the requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions are eligible to participate in this Promotion. 
3. To be a SL member, you must be eighteen (18) years of age or older. Registration may be made through Marina Bay Sands mobile app, website (https://www.marinabaysands.com/sands-lifestyle/sign-up.aspx);

5. Not fall within any of the following categories of persons: (a) advertising agencies (and affiliates) of MBS; (b) employees of MBS tenanted retailers managing transactions (“Eligible Participant”).
6. MBS further reserves the right to disqualify your participation in this Promotion if:
7. You have cheated or committed a fraud;
8. Tampered or attempted to tamper with the entry process/operation of this Promotion;
9. Manipulated or attempted to manipulate the operation of this Promotion; or
10. Your conduct is in breach of the Rules including providing false information (such as fake accounts, personas or photos) or deliberately withholding information.
11. Neither MBS, their parent, related or affiliated companies (including without limitation Las Vegas Sands Corporation in the U.S. or any of its related companies such as Venetian Macau Limited in Macau), affiliates, directors, officers, employees or agents) (the MBSRM Parties”) shall be responsible for the loss of opportunity to participate if for any reason whatsoever a participant is unable to comply with the terms and conditions of this Promotion.

1. Other Promotions. This Promotion is not valid in conjunction with other promotions, discounts and voucher.

1. Publicity and Intellectual Property. By participating in this Promotion, you agree to MBS or any of its related companies (collectively, the “Company”), the Company’s agents and third party service providers and governmental and regulatory authorities (whether located in Singapore or elsewhere) (collectively, the “Parties”) to collect, use, store, disclose to the Parties, and/or broadcast via any corporate and public media platforms in any jurisdiction (“Use”) your personal data as collected by MBS from time to time (the “Data”) for the purposes of:
2. processing and administering matters relating to this Promotion, customer service matters (e.g. contacting you for surveys, conducting data profiling and data analytics to better understand your preferences to improve MBS’ services, etc.), or any purposes as set out in the prevailing MBS’ privacy policy at http://www.marinabaysands.com/policy.html, and the Company’s legal, operational and business needs;
3. complying with the Company’s internal policies, any applicable law/regulation and request/direction of any applicable authorities of any relevant jurisdiction that is binding on the Company; and
4. marketing and advertising the Company’s business within and outside of Singapore. For this purpose, you grant MBS a licence to Use your personal data, including your images and likeness, and waive all claims for payment for such Use.

You may withdraw your consent to the above processing or access or correct your personal data by following the instructions as set out in https://www.marinabaysands.com/data-protection-office.html. Please note that MBS may be unable to administer the Promotion without your consent to the above.

1. MBS Liability

MBS will not be responsible for (i) electronic transmission errors or delays resulting in your inability to participate or other loss, (ii) theft or destruction of or unauthorised access to or unauthorised alterations of materials, or technical, hardware, software failures of any kind, (iii) lost or unavailable connections, or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by MBS, users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this Promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may limit, restrict, or prevent your ability to participate in this Promotion, or (iii) any loss of opportunity to participate in this Promotion for any reason whatsoever.
3. MBS shall not be held liable for (i) any delay in performing or partial or total failure to perform any of its obligations for this Promotion if such delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of MBS; and (ii) for any personal injury, loss or damage arising from this Promotion. MBS shall not be obliged to give any reason or respond to any correspondence with any persons on any matter concerning this Promotion.
4. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to release MBS and its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from all liabilities, from: (i) your participation in the Promotion, and/or (ii) your acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any rewards or any portion thereof.

You agree to indemnify MBS against any losses, claims, demands, liabilities, costs and expenses for personal injury or death, loss, damage to property, breach of any obligations, warranty or representation, intellectual property infringement claims, fines and penalties, which may be imposed on or which MBS may suffer or incur or which may be made, instituted or asserted against MBS arising out of or by reason of negligent acts, omissions, fraud, wilful misconduct, or a breach of obligations, covenants, representations or warranties by you in connection with this Promotion.

2. MBS reserves all rights in relation to this Promotion, including but not limited to:
3. the right to revise, alter or delete any terms and conditions in the Rules at any time without prior notice; and
4. the right to postpone, temporarily halt, or terminate this Promotion, or adjust the structure, type and distribution of this Promotion including rewards, at its sole and absolute discretion.
5. MBS has the right to final interpretation of the Rules.

If there shall be any dispute in the interpretation of provision of the terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail over other versions.
