• All ticket sales are final.
• Guest must be 18 years old and above.
• No outside food and drinks are permitted in Marquee.
• Identification must be presented together with your ticket.
• Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any individual.
• Marquee Singapore reserves the right to refuse entry without a refund.
• Marquee Singapore reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission/evict any person(s) whose:
• Conduct is disorderly or inappropriate or who poses a threat to security, or to the enjoyment of the event by others.
• Ticket holders are advised to arrive before 11:30pm night of the event.
• Sands Rewards Lifestyle redemptions unavailable for online purchases.
• There is no refund, exchange, upgrade, or cancellation once ticket(s) are sold.
• Dress Code: Smart Casual, Stylish, Clubby. Strictly no shorts, singlets, flip flops, and sandals are allowed.
• MARQUEE follows a smart casual dress code and requires guests to be presentable at all times. Guests who do not meet these requirements will not be allowed entry- for e.g. guests who are dressed inappropriately in clothing items such as but not limited to shorts, joggers, singlets, flip flops and sandals, or guests who do not meet adequate hygiene or cleanliness standards. The Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any guest based on its sole discretion.
• Entry and re-entry are not guaranteed once the club reaches its capacity, based on “in-and-out” counts only.
• Tickets may not be resold or offered for resale or used for or in connection with any advertising, promotion, or other commercial purposes.
• If a ticket is sold or used in breach of this condition, the ticket may be canceled without a refund and the bearer of the ticket may be refused entry.
• Ticket holders assume all risk of injury and all responsibility for property loss, destruction or theft and release Marquee Singapore, their employees, and any performers from any liability whatsoever.
